We are well located for the London – Penzance sleeper train, as the hotel is situated approximately a ten minute walk from Penzance train station (though please note that the quickest route is a very steep cobbled hill.)
There are not always taxis at the station so if you’d like to book a taxi to the hotel please call us on +44(0)1736 365664 and we will arrange this for you.
We are also just a 10 minute walk from the harbour for the Scillonian boat to the Isles of Scilly, and can arrange for an early breakfast for you before your journey.
-
We do not have on site car parking, however, there is a council run car park situated less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There is also limited unrestricted street parking around the hotel and seafront – although this can get very busy during the Summer peak season.
If you’d like to drop your bags at the hotel first we’d be happy to point you in the direction of parking, and will have your luggage ready for you in your room.

The building was built in the 1790’s and whilst we have done everything we can to soundproof the rooms, there may still a bit of noise from room to room.
Some of our bedrooms are located above our bar, and so if you are sensitive to noise please let us know and we will do our best to allocate you one of the top floor bedrooms.
